Okty Budiati
Okty Budiati, born in Jakarta 13 October 1977, is an experimental raw performance artist, an individual anarchist, and a writer. She is concerned with issues of Individual Self Sovereignty, Freedom for West Papua, LBGT (trans-gender) issues, and the disclosure of the history of political genocide in Indonesia 1965 by the government that impacts education, agriculture, and arts culture. After being banned for her radical performance in 2008, she's writing more about self-sovereignty and philosophy of the body in essays, zines, and digital imaging - the motion from her poem.
