Fred Foldvary

Fred Foldvary teaches economics at San Jose State University, California. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from George Mason University. Foldvary's scholarly interests include public finance, real estate economics, and social ethics. Foldvary is known for his research on community associations and for accurately predicting the recession of 2008 in 1997. Fred Foldvary writes a weekly column for The Progress Report and is an Associate editor of the journal Econ Journal Watch.
