Dear C4SS supporters,
As late as early this afternoon, I was kind of sweating our “media pickup” numbers. We were stuck at three. But then they came rolling in! We topped out at eight for the week, but they include some very nice ones:
- On April 11, the Dhaka, Bangladesh New Age ran “The State’s Money Trees,” by David D’Amato; D’Amato’s “The Drug War: Growing the Green for Corporate, State Interests,” appeared in the Portland, Oregon Skanner; and the Seoul, Republic of Korea Times published Kevin Carson’s “Beware of Humanitarians with Bombs.”
- Today, Kevin Carson’s “Libya: A Pig in a Poke” appeared on Counterpunch, on Antiwar.com, and in excerpt (with link to the full article at Antiwar.com) in a column by Jim Scott (“US foreign policy: Hypocritical imperialism leading to greater danger for the empire”) in the Salt Spring, British Columbia News. It also appears in the April 16 edition of the Tehran, Iran Times.
- Last but not least, Montreal’s Quebecois Libre looped back to pick up an article from a few weeks ago, David D’Amato’s “The Fanciful Idea of Statist ‘Efficiency,'” today.
This week, I submitted 8,333 C4SS op-eds to 2,835 publications.
Thanks for as always for link love from the blogosphere! The three randomly selected examples I’m sending some of that love back at this week are Glitter & Doom, Hammer of Truth, and The Monetary Future. If y’all keep linking, I’ll keep looking, and sooner or later you’ll see your site here.
Have a great weekend!
Yours in liberty,
