Dear C4SS supporters,
It’s been a slow week for mainstream media “pickups.” I haven’t figured out why yet (my guess is that the MSM may be relying on more conventional channels, and toeing the consensus narrative line, in covering “the Egypt situation”), but this is the first week in awhile that we’re down to single digits:
- Antiwar.com ran C4SS material twice this week: My own “Let My People Go” on Feb. 1, and Kevin Carson’s “”American Foreign Policy Promotes ‘Our Interests?'” on Feb. 2.
- Darian Worden’s “Somalia: New Players, Same Problems” appeared in the Dhaka, Bangladesh New Age on Feb. 1.
- “American Foreign Policy Promotes ‘Our Interests?'” also ran on page 10 of the St. Joseph, Missouri Telegraph on Feb. 3.
C4SS advisory board member Sheldon Richman’s overview of the libertarian left (strangely enough, titled Libertarian Left) appears in The American Conservative, and is already attracting notice at Reason and elsewhere.
C4SS news analyst David D’Amato has two upcoming talk radio appearances scheduled, both to discuss his recent commentary, “The ‘Reform’ of Kings and Masters.” David appears on Freedom Rings Radio from 9-10am next Monday, and Tuesday evening on Thinking Liberty.
This week I submitted 10,220 C4SS commentaries to 2,793 publications.
Have a great weekend!
Yours in liberty,
Tom Knapp
