Andrew Kerr

Andrew Kerr is a teacher and home-school tutor. He holds Masters degrees in Politics from the University of Liverpool as well as a Master of Education from the Open University and is currently looking for an opportunity to pursue a PhD. He is an individualist anarchist, with interests in Voluntaryism. He has just started learning Mandarin and is preparing for black-belt examination in Shotokan karate.
