Dear C4SS Supporters,
I fell a little short of the recent standard on op-ed submissions this week due to two days of technical difficulties with email — 5,808 submissions to 2,578 newspapers.
So far this week, I’m aware of three print media “pickups,” all of “IgNobel Again: In Liu of a Real Peacemaker” by yours truly. That piece appeared in the Dhaka, Bangladesh New Age and the Dimapur, India Morung Express on October 11th, and will also run in Montreal’s Le Quebecois Libre today.
If you are (or can be) in the Los Angeles area this weekend, be sure to get out for Libertopia and meet up with C4SS director Brad Spangler, C4SS advisors Gary Chartier, Roderick Long and Sheldon Richman, and a whole bunch of other freedom-lovers.
If you’re stuck on the other side of the country, that’s okay — look for Darian Worden and the C4SS table at the 2010 NYC Students for Liberty conference next weekend at Columbia University.
Have a great weekend!
Yours in liberty,
Tom Knapp
