GENERAL SUBMISSION TO ARBITRATION

1. Agreement, among the undersigned Submittor, [the Arbitrator's name or pseudonym and at least one additional item of identifying information such as postal address, email address, OpenID URL, PGP key URL, etc.], hereafter the Arbitrator, and all other persons who have made or may make General Submissions to Arbitration to the Arbitrator.

2. In consideration of the mutual promises herein, and other good and valuable consideration, the Submittor agrees that any disputes arising, or which have arisen, between Submittor and any other person(s) who has made or makes a General Submission to Arbitration to the Arbitrator shall be arbitrated by the Arbitrator under his/her Procedural Rules then in effect.

3. Arbitration shall enforce the law of the disputed contract to effectuate its purposes, and shall decide the issues by the application of reason to the facts under the guidance of the Natural Law of Equal Liberty (each has the right to do with his/her own what he/she wishes so long as he/ she does not forcibly interfere with the equal right of another).

4. Submittor acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Arbitrator's Procedural Rules.

5. The Submittor promises to provide the Arbitrator [details of payment terms].

6. The Arbitrator promises to provide the Submittor [details of arbitration service package].

7. This agreement does not prohibit disputants from settling disputes among themselves without bringing the dispute to the Arbitrator.

8. This agreement does not prohibit disputants from taking disputes to other Arbitrators they have both made Submissions to.
