Ban the limited liability corporation and the MSM may just collapse. Will that happen? Not as long as money is speech and a corporation is a person under the 14th Amendment.

The U.S. Constitution was not designed to be a government without priviledge. That is why they included the Commerce Clause, a standing military and the Senate. It is also why many insisted on a Bill of Rights, including language that was eventually enacted as the 14th Amendment - because many knew where such a government could go. After the National Debt was allowed, the result became more certain. When the Income Tax was enacted, the result was inevitable.

As bad as things are now, they have been worse. If you tried writing against the slave power in the antebellum south and you would see what happened to the non-mainstream media (exile or death).
