		<description>Unless of course you wish to benefit from the system (See J.D. Salinger&#039;s current court fight), the correct antedote to the current restrictions is to ignore them and to place your commerce outside the reach of the court so that no one can collect damages from you.  At some stage, if you consort with enough like minded people, the entire collective may be attacked - which only strengthens your hand as by making an example of you they affirm your stand.

What I mean is using alternate money and basically living cooperatively and off the grid as much as possible.  Right now it is easier said than done, but it won&#039;t always be so.

ON the other hand, some of what we consider intellectual property is a set of rules that folks agree to abide by - or the would not maintain for long.  It could be said that most law in even our excuse for democracy is about consensus and to be too violate it is to violate a consensus that you are a part of (which is also an argument for paying your tax obligation).  If one participates in the consensus for some things one must be in for almost all - as they say - in for a Penny, in for a Pound.</description>
