		<description><![CDATA[By all accounts, the Lakota at Wounded Knee didn&#039;t even resist violently-they were being disarmed, but one deaf man didn&#039;t want to surrender his weapon, which went off accidentally when soldiers tried to take it from him. They then opened fire on the Lakota, massacring them.  
 
In the case of &quot; the double-tap drone attacks on foreign first responders&quot; the US government itself explicitly has taught of this being a tactic used in terrorism, and trained personnel against its use (i.e. the danger of responding to a bombing when they may be targeted by more bombs). Now it seems they have taken up this very tactic overseas.  ]]></description>
